The State Fair can be a busy place on the weekends, so youth and school groups are encouraged to attend the fair on Monday, Oct. 15. Special admission packages are available for groups of 40 or more people, if purchased before Oct. 11.

Regular admission applies on Youth Day, but there are several ways to save on advance tickets:
- Children age 13 & older: $6 in advance, $8 at the gate
- Children age 6-12: $2 in advance, $3 at the gate
- Children age 5 & younger: Free
- Groups of 40 or more people: $5 per ticket
(The group option is helpful when purchasing tickets for chaperones, teachers and other attendees over the age of 13) - Early Bird Special: Earn up to three free admission tickets based on the total purchase amount of admission, ride, grandstand and Dorton Arena concert tickets before convenience fees. The Early Bird Special runs Aug. 1 through Sept. 26 and is good for online sales only.
