Monday, Oct. 16 - Day of Hope & Happiness

presented by OneMain Financial

One of the best days of the year! Day of Hope & Happiness, inspired by Michael Breuer, is a partnership with OneMain Financial and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Carolina.

Michael Breuer was an avid N.C. State Fair fan who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at the age of four. After a long brave battle, Michael passed away in October 2014 when he was seven. We celebrate Day of Hope & Happiness with Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Carolina by hosting families fighting childhood diseases with an all-expenses paid, memory-packed day at the Fair.

At the end of the day, we hope we have created a special time in these families’ lives...a time where sickness is forgotten, and families are reconnected.
