The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission’s State Fair exhibit is located between the Old Farm Machinery Building and the Children's Barnyard, across from the Village of Yesteryear.

The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission’s State Fair exhibit is located by the Children’s Barnyard across from the Village of Yesteryear, and we have an additional presence in Safety City!

This year’s exhibit has grown! The agency exhibit has our popular pellet range, in addition to showcasing interesting equipment used in our efforts to support conservation. You will find in our conservation corner video clips of staff’s efforts going into 75 years of conservation along with our 2022 State Fair Button – 75th Anniversary.

Come join the adventure with us and learn about our “on the ground and water” efforts supporting conservation and then join us in Safety City with our great Law Enforcement Officers and learn about their role in conservation!

The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily, except Thursday, Oct. 13, when the exhibit opens at 12 p.m.

All activities are free.
