State Fairgrounds Facilities
The Public House
As part of an aggressive development plan to expand the historical area of the Fairgrounds, this area was reclaimed in 2015 to operate separately or in conjunction with the adjoining developed sites. Located between the Tobacco Pavilion and the Heritage Gardens, the Public House offers the perfect setting for corporate events and private social gatherings or as an expansion facility for larger events. This venue can be leased separately or in combination with the Tobacco Pavilion, Gardens, and Heritage Circle.
- Located on an aesthetically landscaped .5 acre site adjacent to a scenic lakeview.
- The Public House features two small cabins equipped with sink, lights and ceiling fans and a huge wrap around covered area with decorative stamped surface concrete pad.
for weddings, reunions, fundraisers, business gatherings, and group outings.
- The area can also be combined with the Pitzer Heritage Circle, the Tobacco Pavilion, and/or the Gardens Area to the East, or further expanded to add the nearby
Building to create an even larger venue to accommodate festivals or other events with large attendance.
