The vendor application period is closed for 2023. Applications for consideration for the 2024 N.C. State Fair will be posted in Spring 2024, and the deadline for application is July 1.
Approved 2023 vendors can pay online (Visa, MC, AmEx) by visiting https://www.ncstatefair.org/EventProConnect and using the invoice number and online payment validation code in your contract packet.

Onsite Amenities
- Onsite RV camping with free wi-fi in certain areas and 24-hour security. Water, sewer and electrical access is available on more than 350 sites. Electricity ranges from 20-50 amps.
